Clan Nosferatu Renaissance?

From rags to riches, Clan Nosferatu seems to be on the rise. Hosting the upcoming gathering, let’s get the low down on our newest allies!

Clan Nosferatu seems to have come wll into their own as of late, growing from a broken husk of failures into a reputable Clan making all the right movements and doing all the right things. Primogen Goodman, a fine upstanding gentleman who understands how Boons and Status works, leads the Clan. He does a great job guiding his Clan and provides a great example. Mr. Tsavo is a Kindred I technically have not seen yet…I’ve heard a lot of his whispers though! He is good about seeing things unseen, and many rumors and things I can report on come from him, which is a high quality service to the office of Master Harpy! Mr. Andrew is also someone of value, perhaps the next possible Clan Whip to Primogen Goodman? A personable chap, I highly recommend taking the time to find Mr. Andrew and having a conversation. He’s a great conversationalist!

Clan Nosferatu has the chance to show off to the rest of the city as they intend on hosting a Coming Out party here in Kissimmee this Saturday at dusk. The party will be casual attire, and coaks and weapons will be checked in at the Kissimmee Bay Country Club. I’m sure the gathering will be a delight, and I cannot wait to see what kind of entertainment and party conversation Clan Nosferatu has planned for us all!

Status and City Officer Updates

Primogen Edmond Wake has stepped down from the Primogen seat of Clan Assamite. At this time, they have not named a new Kindred to assume the role. I wonder how long Prince The Plague will allow them a seat at the council if they choose to keep it empty…

As he has paid appropriate compensation for the insult, I no longer see Elder Goetzshlakk of Clan Tremere as Warned. I feel he has appropriately learned his lesson, and we won’t have any more issues in the same vein with him again.

For besmirching the good name of the Camarilla, for leading a bunch of gullible assholes into almost starting a war, for working with a Banished Kindred and for doing it all behind the back of the Prince; Prince The Plague will see Scourge Elaine as Warned. Part of the condition of this Warned negative mark will be that Elaine is not permitted to leave the Domain during its duration.

At this time, I have agreed to take Primogen Goodman on as a Talon. I hope he has a lot of fun recording boons and gossip this weekend!

Just a reminder that Elder Sobaka is Banished by Three Princes for his subversive crimes against Central Florida, including the attempted murder of Elder Maxwell and others. As a reminder, once Elder Maxwell left the safety of the Domain here he was murdered and it is “unsolved” at this time. This rabid Gangrel Elder stalks the outside of our territories, and I would be cautious of getting too close to his muzzle. But it seems that our Sheriff has no problem hanging out with the man he once aided. Glad to see Prince The Plague’s wise choice to allow Nicola to return has paid off for him.

Elaine Does It Again

It seems like Elaine just cannot handle all the positive press being directed her way lately, and needs to go out of her way to cause chaos and remind folks that she is not someone you can trust. Good job?

Let’s do a quick recap of all the trouble she has caused in the last two weeks. First it’s come to light that Elaine is in the business of selling Haven information to Kindred who want to murder other Kindred, as evidenced by her admittance that she sold Elder Goetzshlakk’s Haven information to the Anarch Movement so they could attempt to murder him just before our last gathering. She specifically sold it to the Officers of the Movement, who then sent Elijah (now dead thank goodness) as a hired gun. Does Elaine know where you’re sleeping? Better hope not.

Next is Elaine’s quest to try to get into Elysium with any means necessary. Elaine is a soul drinker, self-admitted and the black veins in her aura reveal as much. Because she has committed such a terrible crime, she is NEVER permitted to enter Elysium. This hasn’t stopped her from making several attempts to skirt the law however, thankfully Keeper Elise has been firm and unyielding. She keeps trying to break this law of Elysium, and I know the Prince will have no tolerance if that happens. Thankfully Keeper Elise has stepped up security, so Elaine just goes and bothers the Anarchs.

Also seems to be Elaine’s quest to force the Anarchs and Camarilla to fight. She’s been working with the banished Sobaka in Anarch territory, falsifying Sabbat shovelhead embraces as well as lying to the Anarchs about the “Sabbat” in their territory. She’s been working with Sobaka, who has been whispering venom into the ears of any of the Anarchs who would listen and turned them against those who would be their allies and led them to the doorstep of war. Sadly it took conversations with the Prince to settle the issue, thank goodness our Prince knows how to talk to Anarchs in a way they’ll understand, and has settled the issue. It’s amazing how much bullshit Elaine and Sobaka got the Anarchs to believe, but considering their penchant for it with the stray monsters they bring it it’s not too surprising that they’d be so gullible.

Lastly on the list of WTF Elaine moments is her ability to piss off a whole room with baseless and rude accusations. Slandering members of Clan Tremere with false and rude rumors doesn’t help your personal image honey. We all know of Elaine’s issues with Clan tremere in the past, especially considering his blood and nature, but accusing someone else of breaking Traditions? Or of being a diablrist when its proven they’re not? Not cool.

Death of a Monster

Elijah was put to death like the monstrous dog he was this past week. He was executed by the Anarch Baron for his crimes, and all that remains of ELijah is a wake of destruction and loss that affected everyone around him.

Elijah’s first night into Orlando was marked with pain and suffering. I was the first Kindred outside of his Clan he had an interaction with, wherein he shot me in the face on orders from a demon impersonating a Clanmate. That’s just how Elijah was sadly, someone who blindly followed the orders of bigger and stronger monsters. He was a weak-minded Kindred, easily swayed and led astray by violence. It seems that the organized life of a proper Camarilla citizen was never meant to be for him, despite his Clan doing their best to guide him and keep him safe. Elijah showed a rare moment of individuality and personal thought as he made the choice to join the Anarch Movement. Sadly this led him back to exactly where he was before, blindly following other brutes who told him who to kill and where to shoot.

Elijah fell to his Beast, unable to handle the torrent of murderous acts he committed in his life. Clinging to a Path of Inhumanity to keep his mind somewhat intact, his brutality exceeded that of all his previous acts. Murder became his calling card, and he advocated in solving all his problems that way. Murdering innocent mortals, attempting to murder Camarilla members and generally being an insufferable twat. His actions were supported and aided by the other Anarchs in the Movement, especially his Baron and Constable who purchased Haven information on his behalf to help him hunt and kill Camarilla vampires.

Elijah had one chance at redemption, a chance where his mind was wiped through some strange supernatural means. He could be a new person, with a new personality and had the opportunity to grow back to Humanity. Sadly this memory issue didn’t last long enough, his original personality came back with a vengeance and Elijah was back to his monstrous ways. Elijah’s last act as a living creature on this earth was to spit in the eyes of the few creatures who actually cared for him as more than a tool, to mock them before he perished.

Elijah was a monster, just like anyone who can be seen on a Path of Inhumanity. His life was a waste of time for anyone who participated in it. Elijah contributed nothing to society, he just took from it. Elijah was part of a Movement which will tear itself apart in chaos and horror. No one will mourn his loss, and he will be forgotten.

Spotlight Of Praise: Clan Assamite

There are some amazing things happening in Orlando that many overlook, and here in the Harpy’s Nest I would like to focus on that least once a report. This reports Spotlight Of Praise is aimed at the local Orlando members of Clan Assamite.

Clan Assamite has done a good job as of late recovering from their old image of murderous hobo’s who disregard boons and status. Elder Rahim, for all his morality faults, has done a good job shepherding his newest flock to polite and civilized behavior. Edmond Wake, for Primogen, takes the time to know his stuff before opening his mouth and offers wise council. The others have aided the city in positive ways, defending us from the Sabbat as well as other Kindred who seek to violate our laws from outside our Domain. We are all proud to see Clan Assamite grow and develop in Orlando, and look forward to Mr. Edmond Wake providing much to the positivity and growth of the city.
