Lisper has come from New York . A relatively young vampire. She has always been drawn to the society known as the lessers, in life she often attended to the downtrodden. As a vampire she is often seen still assisting those she comes in contact with. She is very much at home among the Nosferatu, and loves the silence and lack of stares the shadows and the sewers bring. She is unabashed by her appearance, but realizes even among the Kindred it can be upsetting, she is most often seen in a long dress, covered in a sequanced veil.
